Food
Cetara and the colatura di alici
The last working fishing village on the Coast still makes the Romans' garum, now under a different name.

Where to buy and eat
Nettuno or Iasa, both Cetara producers, sell bottles for €15–25. Eat spaghetti alla colatura at Acqua Pazza on the harbour — the dish that taught everyone outside the village what colatura is.
Cetara has no real beach for tourists; the town turns its back on the sea and faces the work boats. That's the appeal.

There's no single right answer. The right transfer depends on your luggage, your group size, when you arrive, and where on the coast you're staying.
