Cities

Sant'Angelo — the car-free Ischia

A tied-island village at the southern tip — no traffic, white houses, two beaches, one harbour.

Sant'Angelo — the car-free Ischia

How to do a half-day here

Park in the upper Sant'Angelo lot (€2/hour), walk down to the piazzetta, take the water taxi (€5 round trip) to the Maronti beach or Cavascura hot spring. Eat lunch at Pescatore on the harbour.

Stay for sunset — west-facing, the best light on the island.

Where to stay

Our homes in Ischia

Capri's larger, greener neighbour — thermal gardens, volcanic beaches, and a year-round local life that rewards travelers who stay more than a weekend.

You eat your way through Naples or you don't really visit it. Five stops, three hours, two pockets full of paper cones.
