The route itself is unchanged — Naples' Calata Porta di Massa at 11:30, Procida by 12:30 (departing again at 12:35), Ischia at 13:05 — only the clock moved. If you're sailing with a car, note that the vehicle-carrying crossings from Pozzuoli are the ones most affected by the truck ban, so check Caremar's site the morning of travel rather than relying on a printed summer timetable.

None of this touches Capri connections, which sail from Molo Beverello rather than Pozzuoli or Calata Porta di Massa. Given the 30-day review window, expect the schedule to either settle into place or shift again by mid-September — worth a five-minute check before a day trip to either island.
