What we collect, and why
- Enquiry forms — name, email, phone (optional), the details of your request. We use this to reply to you and, with your consent, to share occasional follow-ups about your enquiry.
- Stay bookings — identity documents required by Italian law (Alloggiati Web), payment data processed by our payment partners, and the operational data needed for your stay.
- Owner relationships — contract data, banking details for payouts, property records and tax filings.
- Analytics — anonymous traffic measurement only if you opt in via the cookie banner.
Legal bases
We rely on (a) performance of contract for bookings and management agreements, (b) legitimate interest for replying to enquiries and protecting against fraud, (c) legal obligation for tax and Public Security filings, and (d) consent for marketing and analytics.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months unless you become a customer. Booking and owner records are kept for ten years per Italian accounting law. Marketing consent records are kept until withdrawal.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data at any time. You can also object to processing or lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
