George Restaurant, the rooftop dining room of the Grand Hotel Parker's on Corso Vittorio Emanuele 135 in Chiaia, became the first restaurant in Naples' history to hold two Michelin stars when chef Domenico Candela's second star was confirmed in the MICHELIN Guide Italia 2026 — a milestone reported by Michelin's own guide listing and by trade press including Reporter Gourmet. The kitchen, with an open view over Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples, builds its menu on Campanian ingredients handled with French technique.
